    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 no signal in my area for most of this year, phone mast down for months.. try and talk to someone & get cut off… don’t even allow their LOYAL customers to complain @financialombuds should know about this!!

    @aabradys @O2 They’ll probably tell you you’re just unlucky. I’ve had poor signal and lived on 3G for 3 months and they told me I’ve been unlucky with poor signal.

    @O2 I’ve raised it repeatedly throughout the four mistaken days I’ve been with you. I’ve spent more time chatting to your dire customer service than my own family, friends, and pets. In fact, I’ve just finished a 40 minute call. Not even my first of the day.

    @O2 help me please. I am a customer and had an E-Sim which was deleted while abroad and in order to get back in the country I need my NHS app. But to gain access to the app I need a code which they can only text to me. How can I get my E-Sim activated again?

    @george_s32 @O2 There has been quite a few people with this issue George, I got the same error 3 times, I was asked to wait 2-3 hours, other people were asked to wait 35 mins then try again. Mine went through on the 4th attempt ! Hang in there
