    @O2 Yeah, seems anyone on O2 or Sky mobile are having issues in CA28 area with mobile signal. 2g, 3G and 4g not working. Only wifi to make calls.

    @O2 still hopeless coverage in Malmesbury. Awful phone signal no internet or data. O2 you have a real disconnect between what you say and what service you supply. Really sort it out as your service and attitude stinks

    @O2 through no fault of my own there has been an issue with porting my number from another network, this should of been dealt with before my sim arrived as promised by a salesman. I’ve had no service for over 24hrs now with customers thinking I’m ignoring them, help!

    @O2 Hi yes it wouldn’t let me go back to the original page and now it says I have used the offer. I would like to take advantage of the offer, I have terminal cancer and am on chemotherapy, so this lounge would allow me to be away from the majority of the audience. Please help.

    @O2 I asked as a new customer if they could migrate my old number as per terms and conditions of the contract, I have them received numerous texts to say this will be completed on another date, now how many days down the line I cannot use my new phone

    @paulrose1974 @O2 I’m on Sky mobile and about a quarter of a mile from your Bath Road head office. I’m on emergency call out and my phone is not working. As a last resort, will I be able to divert calls to a family members number? Work phone is also O2 so probably not much help.

    @O2 Mobile signal in Peterborough has been terrible for about a month now, service status says 'Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working as well as we would expect.' How has this not been fixed yet? Got 90GB data plan and can't use a single bit!

    Need new mobile provider, contract up. Who is best? With @EE just now but there online app is shite, always problems, @O2 absolute shite in Linwood ( no service) so who would you recommend?
