    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 hi guys what happened yesterday happened. It was annoying to say the least, couldn’t make phone calls, couldn’t use data god awful. But all networks go through this. Thank god for having a spare phone on EE :-)

    Not impressed with today’s mobile coverage on my iPhone with @EE & my work phone @O2 today in Leeds City Centre. Struggled to have a data signal at all, showed 4g but didn’t seem to work 😡😡

    @davidiwanow @O2 Thanks, David. I don't have any mobile signal in my area (a phone mast has been down for a while) so I can't receive texts or calls, which is my main issue. I can't authorise payments without my security codes which are sent by text!

    @O2 you morons fkd up my credit rating because of your total incompetence. What kind of **** company are you running when you can't cancel a SIM only contract within 14 days notice period. I had called so many times and even got written confirmation. Took me years to build rating
