@O2 I have been a customer of yours for nearly 10 years now but I will be leaving you as soon as my current contract is up as you are one of those companies who don't reward loyalty just new customers.

@planetcallum @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @O2 Interesting that @ThreeUKSupport continue to refer to Payforit, which ceased to exist in December 2019. These charges are clearly the result of a contractual relationship between @ThreeUK and ModoMobi, as evidenced by the fact that the scam only operates on the Three network.
@O2 wow never experienced such bad customer service. Spoke to 4 different people who were all unable to help reduce my bill, the 4th of which just hung up on me mid sentence. O2 are clearly not willing to help people who #badservice #CustomerService #phone #financialhardship
