Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

@O2 my partner has had Disney added to his account without his knowledge, he called 202 and was told he had done it in December and then removed it, neither are true, the agent kept saying 'you have done this!' my partner asked to speak with a manager and then they hung up! Help?

@O2 I did in the end- I was on the phone (holding for most of this) for 1 hour 20 mins...From someone else’s phone as I was asked to call the payment team from a handset that had been disconnected. Not what I expect at all from you guys. Awful service from start to finish.
