Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

Hi @O2. If you received a notification that a sound was played from my phone, please don’t worry. I was just testing out the Find My app on my iPhone, as I’ve never used it before, so I just wanted to check it out and see how it worked. Thank you and sorry. :)

@O2 Hi there I have had a highly Sophisticated national insurance scam call from a number registered to your network. There was an automated message purporting to be from the national crime agency. Please can you investigate this number 07850058296

@O2 on the website it says to contact your customer services to change my name and other issues I want to discuss yet the only way I can get through to someone is to say I’ve had fraud occur! All I want to do is speak to someone why is it so hard. Chat is also unavailable

@O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

@O2 It’s CF11 8AZ. ardiff City Stadium. My point is that I can hardly get any connectiveity with a 4G signal showing. Someone sat next to me with EE can connect. Granted it’s a sports stadium but this was 60m before kick off with barley anyone in there. Happens every match 1/2

@o2 Some reality for you: your 'fair use' of 63 days in the EU is a lie. I switched off my phone before 63 days and didn't use >25GB but you've just sent me a bill for £50. You never sent any warning texts you just raised a bill. Face it, you've become a scam operation #o2isascam

Hi @O2 I have ordered the sim but still waiting for it. However, I have really been billed even though, I am not using the service yet? Is that normal? Also, I have requested to keep the number from my previous (current still) operator but did not get any confirmation?
