    @kelvinpapp @O2 Almost impossible to get through to traditional customer services at the moment with many businesses. I can understand lower staff due to the pandemic, but it’s still frustrating.

    @O2 if you read this, please can you tell me how to get in contact. Your online messaging service isn't responding at all, and a fraud issue has left my SIM unable to make/recieve calls and texts. I was told the fraud team would call me within 48hours.. it's been a week!!

    Well @O2 are no help I’m basically stuck in a contract with a broken device that’s an internal problem won’t replace it but more than happy to keep taking my money for another year unless I find £154 to get out of it great customer service Never shop here! 🤬😡 useless!

    @zedzpan @O2 Yh it’s a 11% increase is a joke all they care about is money considering the current situation you think they wouldn’t hike by that much and they say we need it to invest but that’s just crap the service is poor and always has been

    @O2 Pretty obvious, the person we spoke to when cancelling our airtime contract hasn't done what we asked and now we're stuck owing more money. We were told the final payment for airtime would be taken by 15th Feb 2022 but now we've had another bill for £38. C'mon, @O2 this is bad
