@kelvinpapp @O2 Almost impossible to get through to traditional customer services at the moment with many businesses. I can understand lower staff due to the pandemic, but it’s still frustrating.

@O2 my service has been blocked 3 times in a week. Each time, I have called support, who’ve promised it’s a mistake and will be rectified. Now, no one is answering and I’m once again without service. What is going on?
