@ATVIAssist I see fixes for camos and killstreaks, how about a fix for the communication bug so my brother and can actually enjoy Vanguard? We bought the game and never played it because of this. He’s on PC and I’m on PSN. Super disappointed….

@EAHelp I have the PS4 disc for GRID Legends and I cannot get the free upgrade for PS5. PlayStation support says it’s something EA needs to fix as there is no upgrade route available. Do I need to file a case with the Better Business Bureau since you won’t respond?

@AskPS_UK my son got a PS5 for Christmas, and he’s currently having an issue with the headset socket on the controller. The headset plugs in fine but the audio crackles. We’ve tried other headsets too and still the same issue. I think the pad is faulty, can you help?

I wish Playstation and Nintendo had refund systems like Xbox.. I've never had a single Xbox refund denied for any digital game I bought. If you played the game for less than two hours you can refund it within 14 days. With how broken games are these days, that's amazing man.

@AskPlayStation your game refund policies are ridiculous. I have two PS Plus accounts and a PS Now account and your agent "Comfort" would not refund a $35 Nerf game my son purchased. There are no other players playing this game so it is unplayable. Worst customer service ever.
