    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @Plusnet you are crap! My speed keeps dropping to nothing and then I can't reconnect. This happens every day. When you can get through to somebody on the phone you get the same old bollox. I have searched this problem and I can't believe how many people have the same issue

    @plusnethelp Sky is offering me unlimited broadband and unlimited mobile phone & landline calls for £25.00 per month inc VAT for an 18 month contract. This is substantially cheaper than our £46+ Plusnet cost. You have great customer service, but £21 difference is v. attractive.

    @MissDemeanor07 Avoid BT and Plusnet. Both have crappy customer service - Plusnet cant even change your billing date, they are useless, and their equipment is sub par. BT packet shape your internet traffic so slow down things like Netflix, youtube etc. They denied this for years.

    @MissDemeanor07 Plusnet is also part of bt but I left them after 5 years because of the customer service and kept dropping signal during movies etc. Moved to vodaphone.... Never dropped once in six months

    @bt_uk Awful service from BT for a new installation. Moving over from PlusNet to BT as PlusNet cannot provide us with the Broadband that we need. We had an Engineer booked for 23Oct, it then got changed to 26Oct & Engineer never turned up. Now been told first slot is 6th Nov 😡

    @MissDemeanor07 Try John Lewis.. I was with BT..moved to plusnet as it was cheaper... then moved to John lewis which is contracted to plusnet - so same service but was cheaper again. 2 years no problem so far. John lewis customer services are in Sheffield.

    @Ofcom @Plusnet They did offer to send an engineer to check my line which they could not find anything wrong remotely. Then I would pay £45 fee for a call out if they could not find the problem. No other offer to help.
