    Sat with my iPad not even 2 foot away from the router and I can’t even load an app shocking from @plusnethelp @Plusnet as a fibre extra customer! Christ alive what happens if you have normal internet service. Does a carrier pigeon deliver messages?!?

    @rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

    Outstanding service from @Plusnet @plusnethelp .. NOT !! Took out a new contract 12 days ago and NO router, that should with my Skype job interview tomorrow #shocking. Not massive with everything else that is going on in the works but still 😳🤬🤬

    @RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

    @ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @Plusnet Terrible service. Not had anything but problems since I signed up. And now I find out I'm not going to have any internet until next Tuesday. Ridiculous. I'm fed up with this company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    @nyferjay @TalkTalk I had this exact same problem with them. Went on for about 3 months and they never helped. I spoke to managers, people would promise to chase it up and help and no one ever did. After arguing over the phone multiple times, we switched to plusnet. They fixed the issue in 24 hours

    @plusnethelp My Mother is a new Plusnet customer. It has been 1 month since she recieved her router, which is STILL NOT working. She has tried to contact you to get help. She can't get through to speak to someone. Please get in contact so she can get her broadband working.

    @plusnethelp Any questions? We've got a team of helpful Plusnet advisors 2 answer any questions U have about leaving. Call us for free on 0800 073 3057 between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday or 9am-7pm on Saturdays and 9am-6pm on Sundays. What about EMAIL for those with hearing problems?

    @NumbersFox Vodafone are who I'm having issues with right now. However it seems to be far more of a geographical problem than an ISP problem from what I'm reading here. For example, BT and PlusNet were rock solid for me in the past.

    @Plusnet I’m extremely disappointed to have to contact you again re my bill. Despite BT Sport channel still not showing full coverage, I’m billed, yesterday, 18 October, as if full service is provided. Please assist as a matter of urgency. T Callan
