@Plusnet Hello, my internet service is down. It’s on orange light. No broadband service. This has happened multiple times now. I am a new customer and I have lost valuable time and money now. Appalling service, I’m very unhappy. I want this fixed now or I’m leaving your service😡

@UswitchUK Buffering. Dropping signal. They never respond. With plusnet now, not good service will go back to talk talk after this contract is finished

@Plusnet No point recommending Twitter and Facebook to get in touch with you, as despite several messages since Wednesday still waiting for a reply to try to find out more details about our broadband outage, which is not expected to be fixed before the 21st July!

Hi @plusnethelp @Plusnet I renewed my contact - all exactly as before. I was sent a new hub. I’m trying to connect but everytime I’ve put in my password it goes to the hub manager. It say its connected, the light is blue but still not going further than the manager. Please help!

@Plusnet Why does your router broadcast a hidden SSID? I haven't set it up to do this and don't appear to be able to turn this "hidden network" off (unless I switch the router off obviously)
