    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @_RichardHarris @Plusnet Woke up no Internet. The router is connected and I can ping ips inside plusnet core. So they definitely have an issue with their core network.

    @Plusnet Internet is down for me too. Router light is blue and everything says connected when logged j to the admin settings. Worcester area.
