@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Hi plusnet 👋. I have an issue where my router for the past three days has been randomly going orange at times. Also when on the phone it starts to crackle. Previously I’ve been working from home fine. When I look in the event log there is lots of fragmented packets 🤔

@Morcia My (old) phone doesn’t support 5G, but I’ve just changed my sim only deal from EE. I got a much cheaper deal still on EE from Plusnet who have various data plans available. Just Google ‘best sim only deals’.

@Plusnet It's suddenly kicked in and all is fine. Have plus net instead of o2 in the corner now. Clearly it just needed a bit of a re-start and time to settle! Thanks for your help.

@Plusnet hi there. Have just transferred to you. Have put my SIM in, but although there is full signal on the bars, it is saying 'emergency calls only.' Could this be that my phone needs unlocking? I have kept my old number and PAC was sent. Thanks in advance for any help.

@JaneMichael62 @Cheeseo76847269 @Fairy__Woodland I find sim free contracts better, as you said by your phone outright. All these deals on TV, e.g 100gb for £20 a month, who the fxxk uses 100gb? I'm with Plusnet who are part of BT and use EE which is the biggest network. £8 a month for 15gb, I don't even use 1gb as most is WiFi.

Hi @Plusnet you have illegally taken control of my parents account & left them without broadband & landline. They are both in their 80s & my mum is disabled & housebound, the phone & internet are their lifeline. I need an urgent fix please.

@Plusnet Yeah that's indoors, ground floor. This morning a call went straight to voicemail when I was in the bedroom, 1st floor, so no signal at all at times. If I disable the EE sim, I'm getting 4G+ full reception on Giffgaff. Reception is better on the street, but not great.
