    @Cousins155 @Plusnet They dont... then when you go further they issue refunds but end up taking more money from you instead of giving you the refund... companys a joke.. im moving to bt..

    @Plusnet Openreach have installed a fibre to premises duct in our street and cut our phone in the process. According to them I should report it to you. It has been over a week without phone or internet access which I require for my business and for medical reasons. Can you help.

    @Plusnet There is a known issue on EE but we have had no info from Plusnet. No info on your website either. It is supposed to be put right by this evening but it has taken much too long to fix
