@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet thanks for having a fault with our WiFi service on Christmas Eve so nothing works & we don't have cable TV. Everyone else don't use plusnet unless you want to spend lots of time fixing your WiFi & Internet

@virginmedia @rockter Wait times like the whole month we were without Virgin Internet and refused an engineer. Kept being told local works causing a known issue and slowing connections, but we had no connection. Been with Plusnet ever since who have been fantastic.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp absolute crap. Raised an issue on the 10th December after experiencing a lot of issues. Phonecall today from plusnet said its sorted. Its not sorted because my Internet has gone down again. No idea what I'm paying for at this point.

Looks like PlusNet is down again. Can you confirm @plusnethelp @Plusnet - Modem reboot worked earlier, but not now.
