    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @plusnethelp - Hi Plusnet, I’ve been advised by another provider, I am interested in moving to, that my line shows I am already a customer of theirs but I’m a customer of yours. They believe that you guys need to review why it’s showing I’m with multiple providers, can you help.

    Some of the @Plusnet customer service agents are so incompetent. When a request was issued to add credit to my account, it took a third agent to finally issue it. They call it a "good will gesture" even though it's money that's owed to me. Appalling service! #badservice #plusnet

    @Plusnet day 7 without broadband, no update to the ticket raised since it was logged and diagnosed as an authentication issue, can not explain the stress caused as I have just moved house and work from home using teams 5 days a week. I will be leaving plusnet as this is shambolic

    @plusnet please tell me how we pay for 38mb and all night it's been av 5. Yes 5. We complain and send 2 screenshots and in less than 1min it jumped to 20. You are a conn us getting that increase means someone else has gone down Be HONEST to what you can deliver to all customers

    Who’s a good internet provider, I pay mental amounts at @Plusnet for it to never work and support to tell me to spend months testing channels or that “doesn’t work well with Apple devices”

    Decided to go with Plusnet as my new broadband supplier but am already regretting it. Was told the service was up and running so go to set-up my router; doesn’t work. Call their customer service line; not accepting calls. Excellent start @Plusnet 👏. *****

    Actually sick to **** of @Plusnet and their ****** Internet and ****** service. Paying for fibre barely get broadband.

    I emailed plusnet two days ago but no reply. Really disappointed with this customer service. Definitely won't be recommending plusnet to family and friends.
