@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Third day without mobile signal from @Plusnet Seriously unimpressed.

  • PhilBreading Feel the love ❤️ #Joemance (@PhilBreading) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • sassycat60 Sarah P (@sassycat60) reported from Exeter District, England

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • VMildew Victoria Mildew (@VMildew) reported

@Plusnet When I took this contract, I was told the price rise would be about £2. Listen to the phone call! You have raised it by 14.4% (3.54). This is not what I was told and it is causing me to be materially disadvantaged. Consider this an official complaint.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

Said he'll try to chase it up but it might be end of next week before they're fixed. He was confident fibre port is likely to be the root cause of my issues. Meanwhile had a chat with James at Plusnet yesterday, another nice guy, genuinely eager to help. Maybe by next weekend...?

  • sigbathscot Signature Bathrooms (@sigbathscot) reported

@Plusnet why are you refusing to cancel my account when I have changed suppliers? Why is your agent stonewalling? You are not owed any money.

  • lixxie01 lixxie (@lixxie01) reported

@avocet2 @june2locked From BT that has hopeless customer service and delivery and charges its customers 4% "tax" on top of inflation rate every year... and tries to hide its failed brand behind EE and Plusnet

  • jonbirkett jonathan birkett (@jonbirkett) reported

@Plusnet I can't find the FAQ about how your service is going to "CPI plus 3.9%" better after the 31st of March. Kindly point me to that FAQ. Thanks

  • brendon_rogers Brendon Rogers (@brendon_rogers) reported

@Plusnet upgraded from std fibre to FTTP today. You’ve disconnected the old service before the new one is working. Terrible service.

  • CatClar54244202 Cat Clark (@CatClar54244202) reported

@ultraman_ginger @scribbles78 Another vote for Plusnet. Been with them 2.5 years and only had to contact them once to sign up to a new contract. I work from home and never have WiFi issues
