@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@bt_uk We have and they're useless. We're waiting for a bt engineer to call us (who have been just as useless, we have been waiting for said engineer since Thursday) but @Plusnet can't push the matter so someone here needs to help

@kazzaloveslife Plusnet They're one of the cheapest suppliers if you stay in contract. Their support used to be world class, then BT. bought them. Support is still very good, but not as good as it was.
