@Plusnet On 16 July I reported an issue with dropping connection. Plusnet ran tests which caused the internet to stop completely. This was on Friday 16 July. Apparently work is now "on hold" until 21 July. This is unacceptable. Please escalate this as a priority.

@Plusnet Yes, primarily an issue with WiFi devices eg. phone, smart speakers, WiFi extender. Connection randomly speed/connection drops and then improves again. WiFi hub has been seen going orange before recovering.

@Plusnet My broadband service with you is due to start today. My old supplier cut me off at 00:10 this morning & they say the switch on from you should have happened immediately after, but 9 hours later I’m still waiting for confirmation from you that I should switch on your router…

Hey @Plusnet. Over a week since all mailboxes disappeared after requesting a mail-only account as I've moved to a new ISP. Have been told 24-48 hours to resolve twice over last week. Still no mailboxes. Quite concerned about what e-mails we are missing. Can you help??
