    @Plusnet the reliability of Plusnet is pretty poor. We seem to get outages on a fairly frequent basis.

    Appointment was rescheduled to ten days later: 7th May. A month later & the signal is still awful. I live in a two-bed flat yet the WiFi signal doesn't reach any room past the one the router is in! & now a £65 CHARGE for the hassle!! Wish I'd never signed up with @Plusnet 😔

    @Plusnet claims to have the best customer service but I've been trying to contact them UNSUCCESSFULLY for weeks. I've not used my bb for over a year now I'm being charged extra for using nothing.

    @virginmedia so it won’t be fixed until tomorrow 4pm???? In the past 5 years I’ve had a mix of BT and plusnet, never was it the bad! Guess I won’t be renewing when the contract is up! CF14 Cardiff

    @Plusnet I run a SME from home and have your 'superfast' business broadband. Always had good service from you until we started having issues since upgrading. Now we can't get through by phone and chat function is down. Given its a business customer, I expect better, tbh 😣

    @Plusnet has mobile signal been down today? went out around half 8 and spent 75% of my time with no data signal at all and barely any phone signal when normally it's fine in my area
