Even your own status page is down. Maybe stop copying and pasting the same reply and just give us an ETA pls. #plusnet

I think it’s time for me to move on from @Plusnet I’ve been with them for over 15 years and I’ve seen their service and support degrade significantly. Now, a national #outage and not a peep from them, I’ve had my fill. #PlusNetDown

Hi @Plusnet👋🏼 Just a quick note to let you know that your psychological games won’t work with me. Your company leaves me with no broadband service, I’ll simply cancel my service & direct debit with your pathetic company & I’ll go elsewhere. PS I can still access internet with 4G.
