@PostOffice over a week now since a significant amount of money was taken from my bank account by a direct debit that was never set up. I’ve called about 5 times since then and still my money has not been returned.

@PostOffice You have just said that Stephen had raised the matter with the teams/individuals concerned so does this mean the respective Post Offices have been advised or not? If not I will need to make other postal arrangements. I can't be let down by the @PostOffice once again..

The top people @postoffice appear to have been capable of sitting next to the justice equivalent of the Millennium firework display, the Dagenham Girl Pipers and an atom bomb test all at the same time and never have noticed a thing. I wonder if they sleep well. #PostOfficeinquiry

@PostOffice My wait was in excess of 20 minutes. When I got to the counter I was told that they wouldn’t take my letter and I had to use the self service!!! No where is that displayed! No wonder you are losing money! Farcical customer service.

@PostOffice I went to the counter, tried twice to withdraw, said ‘exceed daily limit’. Came home & tried to transfer to bank account, said was unable. Phoned to be told there was an issue, would be picked up Monday as it’s the weekend.

@PostOffice I've run out of patience and have asked for my account to be closed and my money to be paid into my bank account ie. the same one I used for the card in the first place. Tick-box admin doesn't work!
