@PostOffice No just got back from A+E (work) and the call centre closed but yet again internet is down as I say this has been everyday. Right now I just want to be able to relax!

Just saw incredibly rude staff at Tavistock @PostOffice laughing at an older gentleman customer, who was literally only feet away after being served. One of those "wish I'd said something at the time" moments as they continued smirking at me and being equally unhelpful.

@AethelbyAmelia The main issue will be that customer might think twice before buying from artists who are not from the EU : I got already 10€ and 12€ to pay, at the postoffice, on top of the expensive shipping fee and the order. I might not order from the US again bc of that.
