Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

@siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Unfortunately that’s their issue not the customers. If I have items to drop off then they accept them! That’s how it works. It’s a shame but I as a customer don’t care about her issue with the PO or RM.

@CptAJones I hope they are trying they best to keep it out of the postoffice pick up, That person that works there is a real *******, and its annoying having to interact with them specifically.

@PostOffice your customer service team had me on a call for over an hour being transferred to a 6 different departments to send out a new card to the one that expired !! Then EVON threatened me and ended the call
