@PostOffice I’m not gonna dob her in. Not how it works. But suffice to say that behind post office counters up and down the UK are staff who think that an eBay seller with parcels doesn’t half get in the way of their lovely chats with their mates.

@PostOffice Thanks for your reply. The manager felt he had no higher support to make the post office safe to work for both customers and his staff. If he is unable to cope, who is there to intervene? What can be done?

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail

@A419pirate @PostOffice So, you went to a PO with a problem they can't really help with, they asked you to wait and they phone RM to be helpful, then customers they actually need to serve and gave you the number to call, which is all we can really do. Anything other than that phone number is a bonus.

@PostOffice your customer service staff really need educated on cash deposit cards for banks. When I rang up they were extremely unhelpful and said they hadn't heard of these cards

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail

@Paulalfc10 @PostOffice Yeah its the banks that issue them so contact them. Typical PO support have no idea what customers actually talk about, they've probably never once worked in a branch.

@PostOffice I (and a number of others) tried to send parcels from the branch in the Co-Op on North End Road, Fulham. One lady had been there last Fri with her parcels. I get that things go wrong ... my issue is how unhelpful the staff were.

I am so disappointed in both @RoyalMail and @PostOffice - they make it so difficult to make a complaint that I just cba anymore. Royal Mail owes me nearly £100 and I literally can’t be arsed to care. It’s just so much effort.

@PostOffice I've been waiting for a parcel - paid 4 & sent before Christmas - on January 15th company kindly sent me a repeat parcel. My local PO is clearly busy but I can't wait for another 25 minutes for a phonemail to be answered - please can you help. Not fair on the company

@PostOffice Unfortunately her local Post Office recently ceased to operate and as she wished to send a care package to an incapacitated relative she travelled 4 miles to her nearest PO. Sadly not a good customer experience!
