@barbour_kris @carl_zero @PostOffice They didn’t explain that to you because it isn’t true. If you pay online as Carl says, you can take the QR code to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point but not a Post Office. You could just hand write the address though.

@PostOffice I have just posted two parcels at my local delivery office and asked for proof of postage receipts. But, the postmaster refused to give me any proof of postage. Please can you resolve this issue and provide me with it?

@kennethmac2000 @PostOffice Could be that the customer was a regular and the staff knew that they exempt, in which case they would not need to challenge the customer

@PostOffice DM you a pic of black bag that has a jacket in it? Tell me if I wrote on paper where it was to be returned to does that classify as a label? Was it that hard for the cashier to do that for a customer after weighing the item amd then telling me I need a printed label. My god.

@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice I am aware of what the law is, and never suggested the Post Office were commiting a crime. Do you only judge what you do in life by whether or not it's illegal? I am suggesting that right now I expect the Post Office to go above and beyond the law, as the supermarkets have done.
