  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

  • KGravil Keir 🔸 (@KGravil) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

I submitted a complaint to @PostOffice broadband about poor accessibility for disabled customers. Their response is to give me a refund which requires me to travel to a post office branch over 45 mins walk away to get my refund in cash, during a pandemic. Is this a joke to them?

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@lenkaloser @dorcasanne2 @PostOffice The biggest problem with Poste Restante I see is that it costs us time & space, yet we get paid absolutely nothing for it.

  • cl_gamble ⚫ CL Gamble ART (@cl_gamble) reported

@PostOffice I have tried twice to submit a complaint & each time I get "403 Error" page not found. This is insult on top of injury as I've had to avoid my local branch & travel to use an alternative because the service near me is so bad, EVERY time. I am so disappointed & upset.

  • IndiaPostOffice India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported

So the @PostOffice in Cwmparc has twice been moved closer to Treorchy and now @parcelforce has stopped calling there to collect parcels. Not officially - they've just stopped calling. When is the annual "Profits down because the mean kids are taking all our jobs" report due?

  • cl_gamble ⚫ CL Gamble ART (@cl_gamble) reported

@PostOffice Uh ok, so I just wait for you to get round to logging my complaint via DM?

@PostOffice So my local Post Office won't accept a parcel from me because no one picks it up from them and your can't see what the solution is? Could I make a suggestion? Could someone pick up parcels from them like in the good old days?
