    Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

    @santanderuk is the most broken bank I've ever experienced. Hours on hold to unlock an account that they blocked due to their own errors. Twice in a month.

    @santanderuk over 25 minutes on hold trying to get through to your customer services. So long that even the automated system gave up and stopped playing music and just left it ringing non stop ! Terrible service.

    As a customer of @santanderuk I wanted to open an Acc for a non-profit. Started on 18th March. It's now 18th May and still no account set up!! Had a call to say I was going to get a call and *3* letters on how to escalate to ombudsman. Attend to the org issue! #SupportUkraine
