@NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

@santanderuk My phone was robbed out my hand this evening so need to change security details & lock the app. The only way I can login online is 2FA using my phone.. or your bot keeps telling me to call you... How do I go about this without a phone please?

@santanderuk please can you advise how I get you to update your records? Every so often I get post for a former occupant of my address. He died some years ago. I keep returning items marked "deceased' but they still get sent out. I am also a customer of yours, so confused!
