    @SkyUK have had calls in the last 2 days claiming to be Sky telling me I have a problem with my internet speed and need my details. As soon as I questioned them they hung up.. I am assuming this is a scam..

    @SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

    @SkySports Whatever the true reason I would think a pretty large proportion of the population will see completing the season as only being about money. If they go ahead it may solve a short term cash problem but their reputation will be f*#ked. Cancel the season now!

    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam we moved into our new build in March and have no phone line we have tried contacting sky many times but still no luck. I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam do you think it’s acceptable to keep a 89 year waiting on agreed install date and time and don’t turn up! Log in for my dad and change to 20th now ! When 10mins ago 5-6pm !!! Great customer service Not !!!

    @TheSunFootball Why don’t @SkySports @skytv just do the right thing and just not collect the money rather than make customers do the chasing. They could then offer up their contact centre to the Government to support their efforts! What a PR coup that would be!

    @SkyUK so disappointed in Sky. I changed from a leading broadband supplier to Sky. Lack of communication, concern for customer and responsibility from Sky’s part, I have to broadband (has never been installed as per contract). Sky have stated that can’t help!

    @DannyWoodwad @SkyUK Ah, if only that were possible. See, @SkyUK lock you into an 18 month contract, provide garbage devices and services and then fine you for wanting to cancel. And it’s not just the broadband that is crap, I’ve had Sky Stream for 2 months and have already had to buy a new remote…

    @SkyHelpTeam so it’s over a week ago since I contacted Sky regarding my broadband being activated. Told it was an Openreach problem (4rd missed appointment) and heard nothing since although I did have an automatic missed appointment payment. Still nothing from Sky or Openreach

    @SkyHelpTeam just to add, I've had nothing but problems with my broadband meaning we never get to use the TV because the TV doesn't work without the broadband. I'm sick of speaking to people who are robotic. I'd like a manager in charge or ill take this to the ombudsman!
