    Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    So @SkyUK you have lost a customer forever as a result of this terrible experience. I would also encourage others not to rely on Sky engineer advice over independent engineers as they cannot be trusted. Not only have they lost a customer but their own advice has cost me £300
