    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam Upgraded to sky Q? I notice I have to use sky go app which seems limited compared to my sky+ app. I can't see any BBC channels the TV guide on go is crap to say the least. Is SKY Q really an upgrade. Anyone else had this problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam Your Sky Q box has stopped working. When I reset the power, the blue light spins but it will not turn on. I've tried it twice. Funny how this has happened when some kind of update was due. Please help - I pay over £100 a month and will not tolerate downtime.

    @jennycdunn @SkyUK Thanks, we are trying Virgin. I was talktalk ages ago and was happy with them tbh. Anything but @SkyUK tbh. According to a neighbour, service might be restore by Thursday. 5 days of no internet... #WorkFromHome
