@SkyHelpTeam when you treat the Mr to a movie, #1917themovie and you’ve bought a documentary of the same name. #disappointed

  • ianbrown1970 Ian Brown (@ianbrown1970) reported from Waterbeach, England

    @danielb0y @stivesposh @parker_64 @Debrap64 @premierleague @theposhofficial @CambridgeUtdFC @SkySports **** premier league support propper football #cufc

  • parker_64 Neil Parker (@parker_64) reported from Huntingdon, England

No more @premierleague fixtures for me, I do not go very often, but never again. Looks like I will be visiting @theposhofficial & controversially @CambridgeUtdFC along with our local teams for my football fix. @SkySports cancelled, WTF are the clubs and players up to! #Disgrace

  • JayneGreenwood4 Jayne Greenwood (@JayneGreenwood4) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@farmra @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I get the same, hopefully @SkySports can sort their technical issue out swiftly!

  • JayneGreenwood4 Jayne Greenwood (@JayneGreenwood4) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@SkyHelpTeam Every time I try and do this online it comes back and says it can’t be done online right now. Your help with this would be appreciated

  • triggzey triggzey (@triggzey) reported from Warboys, England

@SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

  • DonEdgley Nick Edgley (@DonEdgley) reported from Mepal, England

@legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

  • jameswright2004 James Wright (@jameswright2004) reported from Witcham, England

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

  • jameswright2004 James Wright (@jameswright2004) reported from Witcham, England

@rollingcreation @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’m soooo lucky they can squeeze me in this month...... But it’s ok, because as the Customer Service tells me: “You can still watch on your PlayStation”..... Ideal for a family of four that share no common TV interests.....

  • TheRealMrAdams Ben Adams (@TheRealMrAdams) reported from Brampton, England

@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

  • ParamaChaudhury Parama Chaudhury (@ParamaChaudhury) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

Just like @BBCNews, @SkySports tries to bring in "balance". And now this guy is trying to grow a pair after inadvertently showing up institutional bias. Never thought @GNev2 would be a hero against racism!

  • RChurms Mr Boing (@RChurms) reported from Eaton Socon, England

@SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

  • ChrisBushby1 Chris Bushby (@ChrisBushby1) reported from Saint Neots, England

@SkyNews @SkySports And here lays the biggest problem. They absolutely must be banned for this and next tournament but we know that won’t happen as UEFA have no guts

  • tornadotyler Tyler Goodjohn (@tornadotyler) reported from Witchford, England

    @1888Jordan67 @theO2London @SkySports @anthonyfjoshua Na never again mate

  • Andrewocd Andrew Maynard (@Andrewocd) reported from Eltisley, England

@JustisMatt @virginmedia @SkyUK You can get out easily. They haven’t performed their side of the contract so they have broken it .

  • greeneyes_uk ruth dean RN (@greeneyes_uk) reported from Cambourne, England

@SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

  • caitlincase__ Caitlin (@caitlincase__) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@SkyHelpTeam why is my internet not working app says 40mbps however the sky q can’t even connect to the internet...

  • craigeybhoy Craig Mcvey (@craigeybhoy) reported from Cambourne, England

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more

  • sldouglas88 Samuel Douglas (@sldouglas88) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@virginmedia Yes, finally managed to get through to terminate my contract. Off to @SkyUK now for their broadband.

  • sldouglas88 Samuel Douglas (@sldouglas88) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

Thank you @SkyUK for sorting out my broadband issues with Virgin Media! Looking forward to using a much more reliable and cheaper service! #winning

Sky Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • andreaspur Andrea Blackwell (@andreaspur) reported

@SkySports No, their own body should help them.

  • wildman_paul Paul Wildman (@wildman_paul) reported

@SkySports There are some horrendously run teams in the lower leagues, but for the good of the game the rich will have to support the poor(er) but it has to be with some caveat.I don't really know what that looks like but books need to be balanced and staff paid. The issue was here already

  • al_b81 Al (@al_b81) reported

@Matt_S_1982 @SkySports Most premiership clubs will pay silly money on average player every transfer window. Most premiership clubs will get a lot of TV money which a small amount would help keep the small clubs afloat to help produce youth players and home grown players that the Fa are demanding

  • The_Game_Booth Game Booth (@The_Game_Booth) reported

    @realjosiemuffin @SkyUK @EE @Plusnet Yup, that's a bit ****. I'll admit, I only left them for BT coz there was a £100 gift card in it..

  • or_pip Pip (@or_pip) reported

@parentchain @deGourlay @RockboltG @Ninjamoose69 @SkyUK @BBC I am in tech and rely on BT. It’s a rock solid service, plus they own all the exchanges and pipes. The two key London BT exchanges were handling almost 5Tb/second, at the peak of C19, and didn’t miss a beat

  • al_b81 Al (@al_b81) reported

@Matt_S_1982 @SkySports For the sake of football and looking after the small clubs , I do think the bigger clubs could help the small clubs. If every primer club just put a million into a kitty that would hardly be felt by the premiership clubs .FA should match the total . This would be a one off

  • Matt_S_1982 Matt ♿️ (@Matt_S_1982) reported

@jasdon2003uk192 @SkySports It’s not for PL clubs to pay off any debt. They have their own overheads and wages to play and are also being hit by the pandemic. So why should they all start bailing other clubs out to when theyve their own **** to manage.

  • legendkiller2k8 🦂 LegendKiller2k🦂 (@legendkiller2k8) reported

@SkySports Might aswell help out the rugby league, cricket league, polo league too whilst they're at it.

  • minsteraerials paul stanton (@minsteraerials) reported

@SkySports The problem is all these clubs have ran there business so close to the wall. All this has done is highlight they lber gamble there future for possible instant success. 99 per cent they dobt get that success.

  • Ninjamoose69 Trailer Swift (@Ninjamoose69) reported

@parentchain @or_pip @deGourlay @RockboltG @SkyUK @BBC I have Virgin fibre opticbut that's all I could get here, everything else is too far from the junction thing soI get crap internet otherwise
