@SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpIreland Seriously? Last time I checked Northern Ireland was still part of the UK. I’ve had Sky for over 20 years and I’ve always went through UK teams for support. If that has changed there’s been nothing in writing to give any notice. Maybe time for a switch.
