@SkyHelpTeam been trying to call on 0800 759 1263 & the automated message says we are open from 0830 am to 11 pm 7 days a week but I am getting told it’s closed.there is no way I can do this online as there is no option to do it. Can you help?

.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@SkyHelpTeam beyond shocking service, my pensioner mum who lives alone has had no TV for 3 weeks awaiting an engineer, only to receive a phone call 24 hours before the engineers scheduled visit, to be told he can’t enter the house!!! SHE HAS NO TV!!! What do you suggest?

@SkyHelpTeam This lockdown could last 3 months or more, She’s a pensioner, the TV is her only form of company, she pays an extortionate amount for Sky, the service is diabolical!!! Trades are still allowed to enter homes!
