    @kaye09 @SkyHelpTeam It has not corrected since the clocks changed on the weekend. I have an older Sky box… I guess they want us to upgrade 🙄🙄 shame to confuse people especially any elderly . They need to address the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam That link you sent me was a waste of time. I select skyQ is the issue and there are no help articles for my issue and tells me to go to the community. I want support and someone to help. I am paying for service I cannot access via your box! None of my other devices have an issue
