@rdobbs10 @SkyHelpTeam Their help is incredibly slow, but once you get someone they usually get to the bottom of it. Might take 48 hours though.

I rang @SkyUK today to cancel sky movies which they offered me cheap for £9 a month then 2 weeks later put my bill up by £9. So today I cancelled and they charged me £60. Absolute rip off.

Hey @SkyHelpTeam I just wanted to let you know how utterly awful your #skygo desktop app is. Spends all its time buffering. All my other streaming apps work perfectly though. So the problem is sky go. Ditched it for BBC iPlayer. Which is working perfectly.
