    @SkyUK when did your call centres or customer services move abroad? Over the years I’ve had a very good experience when having to call you. But not today, they weren’t very helpful@in the slightest and just kept on referring to the website, even though I’d called for a reason

    @mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my sky Q failed last night and the quickest you can send an engineer to just plug a new one in is in 2 weeks time, surely you have a quicker response time than that when a customer loses all TV & mini boxes!
