@SkyHelpTeam if I sign up to phone and fibre broadband package tomorrow how long until its installed? Got no wifi at moment Vodafone messed my account up they disconnected me instead of upgrading my speed on Friday I've cancelled with them awful service never again!

@SkyUK the #skyglass is one if the worst things I've bought, nearly everyday I have issues with it not working, but this morning it's having a complete meltdown!! Wish I'd never got it now, so temperamental and to get through to anyone in tech support is a nightmare!

@SkyUK It is farcial for support to tell me they can't do anything. They could just have said, we'll upgrade the plan on the existing number and add the phone to your account. If they can't surely some IT person is capable for doing so?
