    @CraigyP83 @SkyHelpTeam Ours is working fine. Over the last few nights it was down for maybe over an hour on both nights. Just reset the router box and it reset it

    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

    @SkyUK my dad is 81. Ordered Superfast b/band (to help keep in touch) on 11th Dec. Told wd be in place b4 Christmas, then 4th Jan. Now a month later told order may have to be cancelled (will find out Thurs!?!?). No cust/service, no answers and no way to escalate!! Solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried all of those things. It’s all connected and working, no issues with internet/WiFi as other devices in same room still connected but just drops out/disconnects as and when it feels like. I wasn’t made away this could be an issue when installed so it’s for you to resolve.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing wrong with the connection it is just incredibly slow. Using 4G I checked the service checker and it is ok it is just slow not broken.

    *Parents that are home schooling- I’ve seen a lot of internet providers offering discounts on their packages to help. Unfortunately I called ours @SkyUK and these are not one which is very disappointing. If you succeed with your provider please share on this post to help others
