    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam another day of nuisance calls all being routed through different numbers so your shielding service won’t work - any suggestions? They know we have Sky as they claim to be from Sky technical department. Trying to do my job & the phone rings repeatedly, not on!

    So Sky switch my broadband over BEFORE delivering a hub and refuse to do anything for another 7 days until royalmail declare parcel lost. So no internet. They did offer a callback from a 'manager' next week😧 Nice one sky! Customer service at its finest😡 @skyuk @SkyHelpTeam
