It's laughably pathetic @SkyHelpTeam adding/upgrading options all seem to work ok however the pause sky sports is still not working and just times out. #SkySportsPause

@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@SkyHelpTeam Internet has been down since around midnight and still not on. Friends up the road had same issue but since Sunday. Really not ideal as a teacher going back to work tomorrow. Done all the usual checks but it must be an external issue. Loads of work to do. Help?! 🙏🏻

@SkyHelpTeam I was actually ringing as instructed by D&G to ask for a refund due to loss of service & to find out if there was an issue with your system as it was showing I had no sobscription. He said he couldn't do anything till after the engineer visit. 1/2

Getting nuisance calls to my mobile from @SkyUK. When I go to their marketing preferences to opt out it says I have to create a Sky account. Never been a customer!
