    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

    @SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

    Excellent customer service from @SkyHelpTeam in Livingston, Scotland. Think it was assistant manager, even tho been on the phone for an hr it was a pleasure speaking to her, omg forgot her name! Got best deals even tho was going to cancel...Keep it up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes this helps however I'm slightly annoyed as when I changed to Q I specifically asks "can I cancel my insurance with D&G then" and was told yes. I was paying £4.99 and now its £9.99. I would never have cancelled if I knew that and I'd still be paying the £4.99.

    @SkyHelpTeam I take it back, just spoke to @sky again to find out my phone hadn’t been ordered & now delivered time is January which doesn’t really help considering it was a Xmas present. Can someone please contact me with regards making a complaint, as I’ve already been on the phone for 2 hr
