    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam It is driving me mad😢my Apple Watch/phone/MacBook all are on your network , when I try log in it says it is sending me an email , my recovery mail is a gmail , Sky says it doesn’t recognise it , when I try to log in to my Sky yahoo it says the same thing

    Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

    @SkyHelpTeam frustrating day, you team has still not solved me not being able to access email , it seems the software at your end is not working . I have not had access to mail all day .They keep sending me articles on help! I have tried them all before contacting anyway

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been like this for a couple of days now actually, I can e other people have flatted this up on Twitter so a bigger issue? It started when the new animated advert was added, that runs as soon as you open the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam @cthao2101 Thank you. I can confirm that the Red Button has been working fine for the alternative matches available for the WCQs on your football channel 403, so this problem would appear to be specific to your golf channel.

    @SkyHelpTeam they said there’s nothing they can do about it, their sky services are “all up and running” and that’s “the facts” but this never happened on my old carrier (virgin mobile) so i don’t see why i’m not receiving any of these messages

    @SkyHelpTeam Well at the moment I have it in SD HD UHD & 3D. If I only have it in 3 formats instead of 4, that’s less isn’t it? no incentive for me to replace current TV with it as all of my physical 3D media would be incompatible too. Doubt it’ll be an issue even with current Fibre speeds

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam are the @KerrangTV servers based in the depths of the Antarctic as it’s been 2 weeks since they went down. I’m assuming an expedition has been sent to reboot them as it’s taken so long to sort out?
