  • MeRichEllis Richard Ellis (@MeRichEllis) reported from Bristol, England

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I stayed on the call as my wife is a key worker in healthcare and was unable to work yesterday evening from home due to the issues. The call then rang off. Tried multiple times. Unacceptable

  • MeRichEllis Richard Ellis (@MeRichEllis) reported from Bristol, England

Still having issues with @skytv broadband. No service at present. Nobody @SkyHelpTeam answering the phone. Very tempted to cancel DD as surely this amounts to breach of contract

  • jonroche28 Jon Roche (@jonroche28) reported from Bristol, England

@ashleypope82 @LeeRendall @SkySports The worst possible outcome. Hopefully that was a one off not gonna be a regular thing. Money talks in today’s world though.

  • poppytopss Mrs Lisa Shaw (@poppytopss) reported from Bristol, England

Really annoyed. My Sky bill is £84.99 a month and my internet connection is down. I’ve tried to reset and nothing. Next step is to call them. Understandably they’re only dealing with problems from key workers. I am one but am shielding. So I don’t count. Can you help @SkyHelpTeam

  • twattergeddon Assistant Manager Pizza Express - Woking 🍕 (@twattergeddon) reported from Bristol, England

@steeleyp_ @JoeyP115_ @SideMullet @SkySports If I cant congregate with 25 friends then footballers shouldn't be able to play. Football really isnt that important. Cancel the season. Give liverpool how ever many leagues they want to feel good about themselves and cancel the football until stadiums can be full

  • twattergeddon Assistant Manager Pizza Express - Woking 🍕 (@twattergeddon) reported from Bristol, England

@SideMullet @SkySports As an objective neutral they should just cancel the season. Without fans the sport is nothing #totallyimpartial #noulteriamotive

  • KenTrowbridge3 Ken Trowbridge (@KenTrowbridge3) reported from Bristol, England

@KevinFCoughlan @WillGreenwood @Jason15Robinson @lionsofficial @SkySports It was after that game with all the Lions support that the Aussies put home supporters behind the goals and gave then yellow shirts to wear for the last 2 tests! A great series, although I felt we never had the rub of the green!

  • Yippers Amy (@Yippers) reported from Bristol, England

  • JonWilton Jon (@JonWilton) reported from Bristol, England

@SkyUK Please provide me with a telephone number for your UK customer services team, whoever you are employing overseas are treating your customers like dirt and I’m on the edge of cancelling everything including a soon to be completed sky Q installation.

  • IamJohnHardy John Hardy (@IamJohnHardy) reported from Glastonbury, England

@Clairealou2 @SkyHelpTeam So I went with PlusNet and have never looked back. 37Mb/s all day long. Maybe SkyHelpTeam had a valid idea lol 2/2

  • IamJohnHardy John Hardy (@IamJohnHardy) reported from Glastonbury, England

@Clairealou2 @SkyHelpTeam To be fair, if I had a customer with your problems I would at least wish it. By wholesale customers in the good old days spring to mind.

  • Clairealou2 Claire Butler (@Clairealou2) reported from Shepton Mallet, England

Don’t you just love it when first line tech support from your internet provider recomends the opposition #truestory #facepalm @SkyHelpTeam

  • SSmithHolland Sophie Smith-Holland (@SSmithHolland) reported from Bristol, England

@SkyHelpTeam how do I get a refund for the Anthony Joshua fight I paid for but couldn’t access due to being locked out of my account and no one on the Sky customer service phone line (including management) being able to assist me. Thanks

  • 1DrewRobinson Drew!? (@1DrewRobinson) reported from Bristol, England

@laura_woodsy Worst chocolate bar you can get!!! Harsh. #DoubleDecker #DartsWorldChampionship #SkySports

  • SSmithHolland Sophie Smith-Holland (@SSmithHolland) reported from Bristol, England

@pembs_surfer @SkySports I had the exact same issue for the first fight. Such a joke!

  • SSmithHolland Sophie Smith-Holland (@SSmithHolland) reported from Bristol, England

@SkySports I want to cancel my Joshua v Ruiz purchase please. Can’t get on the app. Can’t get a password reset link. Have spent an hour on the phone and online chat to be told no one can help. Please can someone contact me to arrange a cancellation / refund. Thanks

  • candiwrites Candi. 🍍 (@candiwrites) reported from Bristol, England

@SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

  • reIagzbIz sai (@reIagzbIz) reported

@SkyUK why is network so horrendous

  • DLWEFC Why me (@DLWEFC) reported

Thnk this alone will be the reason I cancel my @SkyUK subscription. Partisan opinions instead of news... No thanks. Thank you Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+ S

  • S_Akhxxxx noneofyourbusiness_x (@S_Akhxxxx) reported

This **** wifi is making me want to break my phone wtf😭 @SkyUK h8 u

  • fents17 Stuart (@fents17) reported

@dinglouis_ @samwest1871 @TalkReading @SkySports Not if we have withdrawn the contract, if he turned us down to go somewhere else maybe but very much reduced compensation for us now.

  • KarlSage21 Karl Sage (@KarlSage21) reported

@SkySports Staggering the amount of people who support a Premier League club that show absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of clubs in EFL. League One and Two have a % of wage to turnover so don’t spend loads on wages. The gulf between Premier League and rest is worlds apart. Clubs need help

  • Sienc Huw Jenkins (@Sienc) reported

@SkySports When I read this I thought I'd done something stupid when I was drunk

  • al_b81 Al (@al_b81) reported

@Matt_S_1982 @Jimmy011087 @SkySports No I agree smaller clubs should be controlling there book’s better and the FA should be doing a lot more to help out. But i think it is terrible that premiership clubs will be getting millions in TV money and they won’t help to keep the lower leagues safe as a one off

  • SMK33138377 SMK (@SMK33138377) reported

@SkySports It wouldn't be a bad idea since the grass is not so greener on the other side

  • Matt_S_1982 Matt ♿️ (@Matt_S_1982) reported

@al_b81 @Jimmy011087 @SkySports No, I’m saying that if I make sure i have plenty of money to support my family but am still operating close to a red line and my neighbours and in need of financial help, I’m not going to start giving away money to them when ive a household to keep afloat.

  • wildman_paul Paul Wildman (@wildman_paul) reported

@SkySports Why wouldn't you, he is a fine player. I hate it when any world class player leaves the English league, and I don't support a team that ever has any of these talents.
