    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @DrummerDan7 @Alicat_21 @SkySportsNews @SkySports I agree with most of that. I just prefer the BT coverage. You don’t get the Liverpool United rivalry shoved down your throat every minute. Redknapp, Souness, Neville and Carragher etc. Much prefer the likes of Julien Laurens, Raphael Honigstein and James Horncastle.

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

    @Rhiannag96 @SkyHelpTeam Honestly you can try and explain it every which way you want, just pay your bill. If the direct debit hasn’t come out for whatever reason you can make a payment on the app, online, or Q box. Did the emails of none payment/possible restriction not alert you of the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a common fault with skyQ boxes at the moment? We can’t pause/fast forward anything we’re watching and also there’s issues with the box continuously freezing? It’s happening on all of our boxes in the house

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve recently installed a Wi-Fi 6 mesh network and every morning my sky q box has no internet. Unplugging the sky box and plugging back in resolves but this isn’t a solution and It shouldn’t be disconnecting.
