You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us.     @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been on the phone for 40 minutes so far. This is the second time I called after being cut off the first time. The call handler spoke for 10 minutes about how much they love Gold Rush and didn’t deal with my call at all. Now I’m waiting for another 15 mins. Terrible!

    @ThePollitt @SkyUK Having a similar issue. Broadband keeps dropping out for 30s or so, but 5 or 6 times a day! they keep sending me info on how to fix my WiFi! And of course by the time they test my connection it’s all good again. Expect better for £30 a month.
