    @SkyUK Your Sky messaging service is useless. Between each text you lose the will to live. Then suddenly they close the service without resolving the issue. Dreadful. Texting for two hours!

    @SkyHelpTeam B’band.Apparently fault in line outside found last Mon +was told issue would be resolved within 72hrs. Friend received numerous texts advising engineer was coming out Wed, then Fri, then Sat still no one showed. Rang yest’day and was told fault only just reported to Openreach

    Oh and @SkyUK conveniently have no record of you ever cancelling so they are going to keep charging you until you pay for the service that they stopped but have no record of stopping and they won't even investigate until you pay them but don't worry they will keep adding charges!

    Don't you just love it when you cancel your @SkyUK contract and they end all of your services on the agreed date and you send all your equipment back and then a couple of months later you start getting charges that are adding up and then you find out THEY never cancelled it!!!!!

    @Snagglepuseven @SkyUK What I was getting at was the use of a VPN negates ‘sly’sports bt Etc I can get some fantastic streams making out I’m in a different country. A pal went fr a pish came bk n said ‘I never knew u’d sly Sports’ I replied I don’t that’s a stream,the picture n streams are 1st class ✅

    After dodgy call Monday that turns out it was a @SkyUK staff member I was promised a call back from a manager (I was told it would be approx 10 minutes) as my issue is still not resolved. That was 25 hours ago. Really poor service Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam I HAVE kept previous number. That’s definitely the line in use. It’s also the number registered in my Apple ID info on phone. HOWEVER, it’s not the number appearing on people’s phones when I text them. Bizarre. Your link won’t help as it’s about keeping old number. I’ve done that
