@DonnaKe79912354 @SkyUK Nope. Its because its crap! Kept doing it over Christmas as well. Only a week or so ago the entire UK were affected and it trended on here! Its so bad! I have sky mobile and the 4g is struggling too! X

@SkyHelpTeam Recently restarted a new contract with you and was told I'd be sent packaging and label to send old router back, which hasn't been received. Have since received a text advising we'll be charged if this doesn't get returned. Customer support were no help! Pls advise.

@SkyHelpTeam Potential new customer here - needing access to Sky liability insurance document for my landlord so I can install sky. Been passed from pillar to post and told no such document exists. Landlord says it does as have had this for other tenants. Help?

@SkyHelpTeam is there a telephone number for SkyTalk issues? Clicked through via app but seems I'm on hold for broadband based on recorded messages? I can't make or receive calls.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to upgrade to sky q and can't do it through your interactive service as it's not working. Also when I try to do this online it's asking me to pay €155 even though it states that this is waived when upgrading with multiscreen.
